Spa Policies
I am very excited to welcome you to Waya Aesthetics Spa! My top priority is to ensure you receive outstanding customer service every time we interact. Please read over all of the policies attentively. If you have any questions, I am here to help and support you.
Deposit
An upfront payment of $20 will be processed at the time of booking appointments. This deposit will be charged to your credit card. This fee is applied directly to your service charge on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation, late & No-Show Fees
Your appointment time is a time that has been set aside exclusively for you. I understand that your time is valuable to you, and in effort to respect your time, and that of other clients as well, I require a 24-hour notice to change or cancel your appointment.
Failure to cancel with at least 24-hour’s notice will result in a forfeit of your $20 deposit. A No-Show is failing to show for your scheduled appointment time and without cancellation. This will result in a forfeit of your $20 deposit and an additional charge of 25% of your service price. The deposit and 25% service fee cannot exceed your service price. If this fee total is more than your service price, you will only be charged a fee that equals your service price.
15 minutes late = no show and I will cancel your appointment and not take you in. The charges and fees are the same as a no show. I will not risk or disrespect other client’s time.
Avoiding Fees
Please contact Waya Aesthetics via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid these Cancellation and No-Show fees.
Payments
Studio Payment Methods include: Cash (exact change, I do not carry cash on hand), All Major Credit Cards, & Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo.
Credit cards must be present at the time of purchase.
All prices vary and are subject to change without notice.
No Return, Refund, or Exchange Policy
All services and retail items sold at Waya Aesthetics are a final sale. Products may not be returned for a refund, nor may they be exchanged for other products. Product reactions nor any other reason for return will constitute a refund or exchange. I thank you for your understanding of this policy.
Covid-19
As you know Covid-19 is a communicable illness that you could be exposed to at any place and at any time. Due to the nature of the services, I offer at WayaAesthetics, I am not always able to social distance, and you could be exposed to an illness here. I assure you I am taking every precaution necessary to protect clients here from a contagious illness of any kind.
I follow all safety and sanitation measures, by state and federal laws and regulations, which are mandated for my scope of practice. In addition, I follow the CDC guideline recommendations for Covid-19 safety.
I ask that you take the necessary precautions recommended by the CDC while in my establishment to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Service Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
My Pups.
I would like to give a reminder that I do work from home and have 2 beautiful dogs that are running around and have been in the esthetic room. They are Klee Kais so furry little babies. Love to bark, but super sweet.
Everything is sanitized and cleaned thoroughly before you come but you are still walking through the house, so you need to be aware of your own allergies.
